Our Story

Built 4 Good originated in South Florida in 2016 as an independent real estate development initiative. Its early activities focused on identifying redevelopment opportunities, evaluating development economics, and pursuing potential projects through predevelopment planning and strategic partnerships. Among these initiatives was the proposed redevelopment of an existing commercial property into a hotel in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Today, Built 4 Good is advancing its development activities from Denver, Colorado, while maintaining an interest in select opportunities across U.S. markets. The platform builds on its founder's extensive international real estate experience and a long-term commitment to creating commercially successful developments.

Leadership

Our founder Sergei Safiullin, PhD is an economist and real estate developer with 25 years of international experience in commercial real estate development, investment advisory, and project execution. His professional background includes leadership roles as a controlling developer, managing principal, development partner, and strategic advisor across commercial real estate projects undertaken through dedicated project entities. His experience encompasses development origination, land assembly, financial feasibility, project structuring, financing coordination, and complex real estate transactions.

With a PhD in economics, Sergei Safiullin brings a quantitative approach to evaluating development opportunities, integrating economic research, financial modeling, and practical development experience. Through Built 4 Good, he is focused on originating development opportunities and establishing the partnerships required to advance ambitious projects in the United States.
